Recovery
Row began in the winter of 2004 when founders Jeff
& Fran Greenman took over a set of duplexes in Delray Beach.
Recovery Row offers newcomers an opportunity to
live in a drug free living environment, where they can obtain sponsors,
attend daily 12 step meetings, get jobs, and gain self esteem.
The mission
of Recovery Row is to offer a practical, livable
healthy lifestyle approach where men can discover the personal power
of powerlessness to get clean and stay off drugs.
The keys to success for Recovery Row are the following:
• Change how men think about drugs.
• Change how men feel about regular attendance at 12 Step
Meetings.
• Change the way men look at themselves.
Approximately
eight million addicts a year attempt recovery in some kind of structured
environment, and 70% of which are men. However, figures show that
most addicts do not stay clean. Against this backdrop, Recovery
Row is a uniquely effective experience for men who are
fed up with the false promises. More than just another Recovery
House, Recovery Row offers a practical, livable
12 step lifestyle approach where men discover how to get clean and
stay clean!
